Have a special occasion coming up but not sure what to give? Consider commissioning a custom piece of artwork. I can paint from your photographs of a special location or cherished moment in time.
The gift of a time or place you treasure painted in watercolors becomes an heirloom for generations to enjoy! Perhaps it is the local church you were married in, a wedding gift, your wedding event or your family home growing up. You might even consider an art piece of a local landmark, vacation spot, boat or family recipe.
The finished painting will be created on 100% acid-free cold-pressed watercolor paper and put in a sleeved matte with backer board. It will be hand delivered to you (if you are local) or shipped ready to give or frame. Ask about putting your custom artwork on notecards for thank-yous, postcards or stationary.

Simply send 2-3 photos of the location you wish to have painted and I will give you a firm price quote.
It is also helpful to send images of the room you intend to put your painting if you know where you will hang the piece. This is just helpful if you'd like elements of your color palette to be included.
Please allow about 3 to 6 weeks for completion depending on my current work load.
You will get to see the pencil drawing first for any adjustments that need to be made before watercolor work begins.

Most of my art pieces range from $550 to $850 depending on the complexity of the project and if it is a watercolor or a large format custom canvas.
