This award winning piece was chosen to be included in Mt. Dora's Center For The Arts hosting of Central Florida Watercolor's art show. I was excited to see it being used in the promotional materials for the show as well.
I painted this as part of an instructional lesson. While teaching about using mask and building up layers, the nest was built. As the piece came together, we realized that it held special meaning in the verse, Mathew 6:25-34 about not worrying.
