 Am I alone in thinking that my kids are way smarter, more talented, more knowledgable and able then I ever was at their age? With as much as we middle age and older people like to complain about the younger generations, sometimes they stop us in our tracks.
My daughter, Mia whipped out this sign for me to tack onto my booth at Great Day In The Country … knowing how hard it is to hand letter on wood I am thoroughly impressed! She's also pretty good at telling it like it is, keeping things organized and not waiting until the last minute. Sometimes we can learn from our kids. OK, many times! Come visit us this Saturday at Booth L#277 and find us with this CREATION by Mia. It's that time of year … craft show time!For me Fall means some of my favorite art and craft shows. Saturday I will be selling at _Great Day in The Country … one of Oviedo's best local shows. I'm excited to be selling my art on textiles this year as well as matted or framed!  I wanted to create a little gift for food and art lovers that could be used and worn .. not just hung up and admired.  Pretty tea towels and aprons are some of my favorite things to have in the kitchen.  If you are local, make plans to visit Great Day in The Country. I'll be on row L booth #277. It is the side parallel to South Lake Jessup and perpendicular to Friendship park. Hope to see you out there.
