Caryn's weekly classes are now offered in 2-hour blocks on Wednesdays. Unlike previous years, the classes are now longer and focussed around subject themes in convenient 8-week sessions. Students can choose between daytime or evening classes. Daytime class: Wednesdays from 12:00 to 2:00pm Evening class: Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30pm If you love watercolor art, you can begin creating it! Learn in a fun, supportive and relaxing environment. Caryn's classes are a mixture of in-class activity and instruction. Students will learn foundational art theory as well as further explore how to compose their paintings, best use watercolors and make decisions about the placement of objects. Each week, there will have a small amount of homework. It will generally be to complete the assignments that we started in class. Students will bring their completed pieces back to share and discuss the following week. Having a regular class to attend keeps artists learning, gaining skills, and provides a creative community. Watercolors are a wonderful and extremely rewarding hobby. Hope you decide to explore the joy of art together with us!
